AI Business Boost · Eight weeks of support, one build day · 20 August 2026
Every bottleneck in your business handled, from here on.The day your business stops waiting on you, and on your people.
A day with other owners. You diagnose what’s slowing your business, build the AI workflow that fixes it, and leave with that workflow live, plus the platform and the skill to build the rest yourself. No more waiting on consultants. No more waiting on hires.
The day · 20 August 2026 · Christchurch, NZ · In person
From bottleneck to working system in 1 day.
A high-trust owner room. Not a classroom. Not a hackathon. Twenty operators moving through the day together, diagnosing, prioritizing, building, planning.
Breakfast provided: introductions, meet the other owners over coffee.
Morning
Diagnose. Prioritize. Decide what to build.
01
Diagnose the business.
You identify where your business is slowed by repetitive work, repeated decisions, manual admin, poor hand overs, and coordination drag.
02
Prioritize the opportunities.
Bottlenecks become a prioritised AI automation opportunity map. You identify the workflows with the greatest strategic and operational business case value and prioritise them.
Lunch provided: twenty operators, comparing notes over a meal.
Afternoon
Build. Deploy. Plan what comes next.
03
Build the workflows.
Using Agentic OS, you create the workflows that automate real parts of your business, learning the tools, the levers, and the system-building capability as you go.
04
Turn momentum into strategy.
You leave with a clear plan for what to automate next, how to onboard your team, and how to keep building a more scalable operating model after the event.
Networking dinner: twenty operators, off duty, comparing notes.
Who’s running the day
Learning from two specialists who combine operational improvement with practical AI implementation.
Diagnosis without execution is an expensive report. Execution without diagnosis is an expensive mistake. AI Business Boost brings both together. Irving helps you identify where AI can create the greatest operational value. Diego helps you build the systems that turn those opportunities into working solutions.

Morning · Irving Leistra
Twenty-five years of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and behavioural change. Founder of Big Leap Business Improvement. Current clients include Toyota Louwman Financial Services in the Netherlands and Icehouse in New Zealand. His role is to help you identify where AI can create the greatest value inside your business.

Afternoon · Diego Ramirez
Mechatronics engineer turned AI builder. Founder of hmn.plus, builder of Agentic OS, the platform you’ll build in. Ships private, safe AI systems for New Zealand businesses across financial services, construction, and consulting. His role is to help you turn opportunities into working systems.
The math
The programme pays for itself. After that, the system multiplies it.
You don’t just leave with the workflows you built. You leave with Agentic OS itself, unlimited and yours to keep, plus the diagnostic eye behind your morning and the building skill behind your afternoon. Every bottleneck you find from here on, you know how to spot, how to build for, and how to justify, on your own, for as long as you’re running this business.
What you build will be specific to your business. Below are two workflows already running for New Zealand owners, so the numbers aren’t theoretical.
Use case 01
Lead response that doesn’t go cold.
Live in a 3-person NZ financial services team.
Inbound enquiries get a draft reply in the adviser’s voice within minutes. Follow-ups tracked so nothing drops.
12 hrs
/ week saved
$78,000
/ year impact
3 staff × 4 hrs/wk × $80/hr = $48k/yr in time, plus ~$30k/yr in leads no longer going cold.
Use case 02
Documents that file themselves.
Live in a 5-person NZ mortgage firm.
Pay slips, bank statements, application files: all read, summarised, and slotted into the right place. Diary notes drafted. Pipeline updated. Pre-approvals sent.
15 hrs
/ week saved
$80,000
/ year impact
5 staff × 3 hrs/wk × $80/hr = $60k/yr in time, plus ~$20k/yr in applications closing faster.
Whatever you build on the day, the math is the same shape: hours absorbed, business captured, every week, for as long as the workflow runs.
Seats and details haven’t opened to the public yet. Add your name to the list and we’ll come to you first.

The right twenty people in the room.
This is for you if:
- You run a real business with revenue you’re trying to protect from your own time.
- You’re tired of being AI-curious and ready to be AI-operational.
- You can commit one full day and a few hours prior to the event for pre-work.
- You treat your time like a serious asset and you’re ready to invest in getting it back.
This is not for you if:
- You want to learn theory.
- You want to outsource AI to someone else.
- You’re hoping to figure out what AI is before committing.
The experience
Eight weeks, from the moment you commit to the month after the day.
Week 1 · 1–2 hours · online
Set the goal. Set up the machine.
Two tracks from day one. On the business side, you get clear on the outcome: the work you want off your plate, and what reclaiming that time is worth. On the build side, your accounts, software, and private copy of Agentic OS are installed and signed in on your laptop, with us supporting you the whole way.
Week 2 · 2 hours · online
Learn to see the work. Meet the parts you build with.
On the business side, you learn the lens: how to spot automatable work, and you capture real examples from your week. On the build side, Agentic OS reads your site, learns your brand and customer, and connects to your email, drive and calendar. A short primer covers the parts every workflow is built from: the map (the steps it follows), the rules (how it behaves), and the connections (the tools it plugs into). Plain English, no code.
Week 3 · 1 hour · online
Chunk it down. Move it to the cloud.
On the business side, you learn to slice a big ambition into one buildable thing: one workflow, not a whole system. You arrive with a right-sized candidate, not a wishlist for a full CRM. On the build side, your system gets a permanent home on a small cloud computer, so whatever you build keeps running when your laptop is closed. You pick a provider under your control, and Agentic OS handles around 90% of the technical steps.
Week 4 · the workshop day · in person
In the room with nineteen others.
Analyse, Build, Implement (in-person, full day) Spend the day analysing, designing, building, and deploying your first practical AI workflow. You work alongside other business owners and operators to prioritise, build and deploy your first AI-powered workflow. You al learn and work together, have three meals together and share our knowledge and experience. You walk out with at least one workflow live in your business.
Weeks 5–8 · online
Embed it. Then line up the next one.
The first workflow becomes part of how the business runs, then you pick your next bottleneck.
Questions
The honest answers.
What kind of automations will I build?
The kind that remove you from work you shouldn’t still be doing. Lead follow-up. Client onboarding. Reporting. Invoicing. You learn to spot and right-size your bottleneck in the weeks before, so what you build on the day is the highest-leverage system in your business.
Will I actually leave with something working?
Yes. You don’t leave with a deck or a plan. You leave with at least one workflow live in your business, built that day, deployed on a cloud computer you own, doing real work the morning after that’s no longer yours to do.
What happens after the event?
You keep what you built, running in your business. You keep Agentic OS, unlimited and yours and we follow up to make sure what you built keeps running.
What if I’m not technical?
Good. This isn’t a coding workshop. You bring the business knowledge. We bring the system. If you can describe a process in plain English, you can build with us.
What if my business is too small or too big?
If you’re solo and pre-revenue, this isn’t the right fit yet. If you’re past a hundred employees, we’d steer you toward a private engagement. Most of the room sits between five and fifty people, doing enough revenue to feel the cost of the bottleneck.
How much of my time before the day?
About four hours total, spread across three short video calls in the three weeks before, and it runs two tracks. On the build side, we set up your laptop, your Agentic OS account, and your integrations. On the business side, you get clear on the outcome you want, learn to spot automatable work, and right-size it down to one buildable workflow. So you arrive with a candidate ready to go and the day moves fast: diagnose in the morning, build in the afternoon.
