Who I am
I'm Diego Ramirez. A mechatronics engineer with a background in design research, AI, IoT, and product design. I've spent years shipping real-world products, from hardware prototypes to software systems, talking to customers, and bridging the gap between tools, teams, and timelines. hmn.plus is where I help business owners actually build AI into their work, not just talk about it. You build the systems, in a platform you own, and I'm alongside you the whole way.
What drives me
I'm a builder at heart. I like turning messy processes into clean systems, showing results with real metrics, and making complex technology feel simple. I stay close to what's new in AI and automation because that's where the biggest opportunities are for businesses right now.
